The Cook's Book was first printed in 1972. The proceeds from that printing paid the bills of our young church. Years later, in 2003, our parish has grown considerably and we no longer fret about paying the light bill and our rector's salary. Therefore, the proceeds from this, the fifth printing goes to the outreach ministries of our parish. We invite you to view sample recipes from a glorious culinary period when one did not count carbs or calories from saturated fat. There is a section of diet recipes, should you be so unfortunate to be concerned about this.
