There is concern about unusual light flow over the polar cap and other global disturbances, both natural and unnatural. The team formed by the United States is designated SPGA-41. Together, they press onward to magnetic north, only to be confused further. A small team within SPGA-41 is sent to Rome to find the meaning of it all.
