"All of the recipes can be cooked conventionally as well," said Jennifer Heer, recipe coordinator. "We want people to do whatever is the most convenient for them." Most people realize that the microwave is excellent for reheating leftovers, heating hot drinks, melting butter, and making popcorn, but there are a number of other great uses for the microwave as well.
