About Victor Hoagland

Rev. Victor Hoagland, C.P. preaches at parish missions and retreats for priests, religious, and laity throughout the United States and is the director of Passionist Press, which publishes material pertaining to the Passionists and their ministry.A member of the U.S. Passionists’ eastern province, he studied at the Catholic University of America and the Gregorian University in Rome. Afterwards, he taught liturgy, sacramental theology, and spirituality to seminarians of his own community and at St. John’s University, Queens, New York. Among his writings are The Book of Saints, Saints of the New Testament, Mary the Mother of God, Daily Prayers (Regina Press) and Following Jesus Christ (Passionist Press).
