About Shellie Krick
Shellie Krick has a Master’s degree in Social Work from San Francisco State University. Prior to becoming chronically ill, she’s worked with adolescents, the homeless, and people with HIV/AIDS. Shellie was first diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome, only to find out many years later that she had Lyme disease. Her experiences living with a chronic illness, training as a mental health professional, as well as 25+ years in a 12-Step program has given her many insights into how to live one’s best life under difficult and limited circumstances. She enjoys spending as much time as possible in Nature, experiencing The Arts, and now, becoming a first time author.
