Jean Hollands is founder and president of Growth and Leadership Center, a corporate psychology firm based in the heart of "Silicon Valley," California, that specializes in executive coaching. With a background as an executive woman with IBM, popular marriage counselor, and twenty-year consultant to the best and brightest in Silicon Valley, Hollands' wit and grit attracts her to behind-the-scenes boardroom drama. Business Woman of the Year in 1986, 1996, and 1999, Hollands thrives on the research gathered while coaching more than six thousand executives. Her first book, published in 1986, "Silicon Syndrome", was awarded the Highest Contribution to the Field of Marriage, Family Counseling. She lives and works in Mountain View, California.
