About Helen Paiba

Helen Paiba, founder and former owner of The Children's Bookshop in Muswell Hill, has died at the age of 87 after battling with dementia. The news of Paiba's death on 31st January was announced by her niece Veronica Kennard this week. Paiba ran the bookshop for 20 years, and was well-known in north London.
