About John Wesley White
John White has a Ph.D. in Applied Science from the University of California at Davis. He was employed at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California for nearly forty years. He also has been active in education and training programs at LLNL and nearby colleges. As a youth, he played on twenty-seven different teams in a variety of sports. More recently, he managed or coached forty-seven seasons in baseball, basketball, football, and soccer. Although not formally educated in the field of athletics, he has attended many clinics and has read extensively in the literature of sports.
