About Cecil Maiden
Mr. Maiden was educated at Merchant Taylor's School and Reading University. It was during his school days that he started writing, and occasionally selling articles and short stories for magazines; and he continued to write the rest of his life.
During World War II Mr. Maiden served as a flight lieutenant in one of the film productions unites of the R.A.F. He worked for both the Walt Disney and Universal Studios in California, where he lived with his wife and children.
